Optimising ADDIE with AI

I ❤️ the ADDIE process framework.

But it’s not a well-balanced framework.

The first three stages usually take the most time, but especially the development phase is the most time-consuming, very often at the expense of the analysis and design.

Do you agree this is suboptimal?

The good news is that with the help of AI, we can already significantly reduce the development phase.

This could be recognized just as an opportunity for cutting costs.

But ideally, the savings on the development part will be reinvested into the analysis and design phases of the process to increase the quality.

This question is going to appear sooner or later, and we better be prepared.
