Maximising content quality with AI

My business economics professor has taught me an important lesson:
📌 You can never maximise product quality with minimum costs.📌

👉 You can either MAXIMISE QUALITY at the given costs
or
👉 MINIMISE COST costs to achieve a required quality level.

The same is true for creating learning content.

I am often challenged with a question: Can AI help us generate better learning content? And the answer is always the same:

If we have unlimited resources, we can produce the best possible learning content without the use of AI.

The problem is, our resources are always limited. And, truth be told, the target quality level in workplace learning is mostly “good enough”.
But this is the level where AI can help us make the most significant difference:

👉 Achieving the required quality level at lower costs or
👉 Building better content with limited resources.

This is how AI can bring significant savings or help us maintain the required quality levels when our budgets are getting cut.
