Rows and elements can be easily copied and pasted to any slide in your content by using either a right click or keyboard shortcut ctrl+c and ctrl+v.
In fact, you can even copy and paste rows and elements between different content pieces.
To duplicate a slide, right-click on the slide title in the Content structure panel on the left hand side:
