How do I invite others to review my content?

You can invite anyone to review or edit your learning content. 

They don’t even need a JollyDeck account beforehand, as their personalized registration link will be sent to them in the invitation to the review.

To invite a reviewer:

1. Open your content in the Editor and go to the Discuss tab
2. Click Manager reviewers
3. Enter the email address of the reviewer
4. Set their access rights:
   1. Can view: Reviewer can review and leave comments
   2. Can edit: Reviewer can review, leave comments, and edit the content
5. Set the access expiry date (or leave it set to unlimited)
6. Check the box to send the reviewer a system invitation
7. Click Grant access

Please note that while you can add an unlimited number of reviewers with view-only access for free, adding reviewers with editing rights may incur additional charges. Find more details on charges for reviewers here.
