Yes, as the author, you have complete control over who can access your content and for how long. You can add reviewers or revoke their access at any time.
To revoke access:
Open your content in the Editor and go to the Discuss tab
Click Manage reviewers
On the list of Users with access find the reviewer and click revoke access
