To convert your documents into a course:
- From the Learning management enter the Content Editor
- Click New Content
- Select Convert from a document
- Upload the documents you want to convert
Supported formats: DOC, DOCX, ODT, PDF, PPT, PPTX, ODP, TXT, TEXT
- Set up the course starting points:
course language, target audience, learning objectives, course title and desired duration
- Work on the outline:
The AI Copilot generates an outline based on the source documents and starting points. Review and refine the outline as needed.
- Finalise the course:
The AI Copilot converts the outline into a polished JollyDeck course. Use JollyDeck Create to make final adjustments.
