AI’s impact on workplace learning

Do you believe artificial intelligence will finally help us resolve the biggest challenges in workplace learning?

Personally, I don’t know the answer. Not so long ago, my answer would have been a definite no – but lately, I’m not so certain anymore.😕

No one can predict what will happen in three or five years.

There are some promising solutions on the horizon. The potential benefits are enormous, but so are the risks.

On the other hand, there are a number of smaller problems that can already be addressed with the help of AI. These problems might not be as big or painful, but you can solve them now with relatively low risk.

And perhaps most importantly, by solving these problems, you learn more about how AI works, what it’s capable of, and gain better insights into what you can expect from it in the future.
