🎬 Imagine you’re a movie director.
Would you start your next project with a movie script or a list of special effects?
You’d probably opt for the script (unless you’re Christopher Nolan).
Of course, special effects are important. So are the screenplay, cast, scenes, lighting, camera work, music… and a number of other factors.
The same is true for building e-learning. There are so many elements necessary for a great e-learning experience… but some need to be considered earlier than others.
This is my attempt to structure the importance of different elements in creating e-learning. You might notice that a large amount of effort is spent on the content, while the design (though absolutely important) comes at the end. Interactivity? That’s just the cherry on top of the cake.
What do you think? Do you agree, or do you prefer the Christopher Nolan approach?
