We are drilled on what to do in case of a fire for a reason.

But do we need a similar drill on how to file a claim to reimburse travel costs?

Of course not.⛔

That’s why it bothers me when I read articles by L&D professionals that heavily promote one of these options as the only right way.

We can do so much better. For a start, let’s keep our minds open to all learning methods and always try to select the most appropriate for the job.
