How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription plan in your JollyDeck Create account or by contacting support@jollydeck.com.

To cancel subscription in JollyDeck Create go to:

Settings > Account details > Cancel current plan

After cancelling your subscription, your licences will remain valid until the renewal date. After this date, your account will be moved to the Free tier.
