JollyDeck’s Create & Publish feature is designed for quick and easy publishing of learning content directly from the JollyDeck Create suite.
This feature allows you to publish your course or test and share it via a private link. The Create & Publish capability is supported by system communications, basic learning analytics, and a learner feedback channel.
Depending on your account tier you can:
If your invitees don’t have a JollyDeck account yet, they will receive a personalized registration link in their invitation. Once registered, they will enter JollyDeck as a learner. Learners can access only published learning they’re invited to.
As soon as the learner is invited, they will appear on the list at the bottom of your screen.
Learners receive the invitation as soon as you add them to your learning content.
The invitation includes your custom message and a personalized registration link (for first-time users) or a direct link to the published content (for already registered users). This link is automatically generated and inserted into the invite by the system.
When learners click on the link and complete registration, they access the cover page of your learning content in the Learner app. By clicking Start learning, they enter your content.
