Publishing learning content in JollyDeck Create

JollyDeck’s Create & Publish feature is designed for quick and easy publishing of learning content directly from the JollyDeck Create suite.  

This feature allows you to publish your course or test and share it via a private link. The Create & Publish capability is supported by system communications, basic learning analytics, and a learner feedback channel.

Who can access published learning content

Depending on your account tier you can:

  • Free account: Invite up to 5 users.
  • Professional account: Invite up to 50 users.

If your invitees don’t have a JollyDeck account yet, they will receive a personalized registration link in their invitation. Once registered, they will enter JollyDeck as a learner. Learners can access only published learning they’re invited to

How to publish learning content in JollyDeck Create 

  1. Open your content in the Editor
  2. In the top toolbar, click the blue Publish button 
  3. Click Invite users
  4. Enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite and click +Add user
  5. Customize the message of the invite. 
  6. Click Confirm to send out the invitation

As soon as the learner is invited, they will appear on the list at the bottom of your screen.

Learner’s POV

Learners receive the invitation as soon as you add them to your learning content.

The invitation includes your custom message and a personalized registration link (for first-time users) or a direct link to the published content (for already registered users). This link is automatically generated and inserted into the invite by the system.

When learners click on the link and complete registration, they access the cover page of your learning content in the Learner app. By clicking Start learning, they enter your content.

Managing published learning content

The user list provides learner analytics, including:

  • date of the invitation 
  • Date of learner’s last activity in your learning content 
  • Learner’s progress in your learning content
  • Feedback comments from the learner 

You can invite more learners at any time. Furthermore, simply check the boxes next to the learners to apply any of the following actions, available at the top of the list:

  • Resend invitation: Change the custom message and resend the invitation.
  • Reset learning: Reset all the learner’s activity in this content, allowing them to start from the beginning. The learner will not be notified about this action – any email invitation needs to be resent manually.
  • Remove from the list: The learner will be removed from your content, and all their records, comments, and ratings will be permanently deleted.
