Each user has their performance card which gives you an overview of their entire learning performance.

Go to Users tab in the Learning management and search for the user. Once you get to their user profile, look for the Performance Card on the bottom of the page.

A performance card includes a list of all assigned and self-enrolled Learning. Click on a learning to view more details or download the performance data in an Excel spreadsheet:

Similar overview of a user’s learning performance is also available to their line manager in the Team performance.
